Looking for suggestions with my Bone Anchored Hearing Aid and music

Hi there! This is more for anyone who has a Bone Anchored Hearing Aid but if you have any suggestions please feel free to comment!! I’ve had my BAHA for approx 6 years and love it to death, my fave thing but I really miss the freedom of music in over the head headphones. My ear canals are too small for earbuds so they constantly fall out and with me having to catch the bus to build my confidence (personal choice), listening to music helps calm me down! I know I can stream music through my hearing aid but it’s not really the same. The problem I have, however, is that when I have my hearing aid on (which it needs to be on pretty much 24/7 atm), I get a constant interference and squealing noise which drives me to tears (I’m also autistic so I’m quite sound sensitive, ironically). So, yea, if any of you lovelies have any suggestions please let me know! TIA! 💕
