Just a question in general. How does someone deal with a person who has Bipolar Disorder but refuses to take medication for it and has an issue controlling their anger issues, especially when there are children involved?

If I was you I would call 911 or the new number and get help for the person who is not taking care of their self and that their are children involved and this issue and that they need to be in a safe place for their children and their safety as well.

Does this person have a therapist or a caseworker and a medical doctor who looks out for this person if so you or someone else needs to be intuch with them and how long has this person been off has medication for.
@Stevie he hasn't taken meds for many many years and he doesn't do therapy
@Stevie the only issue is it is my brother in law and nephews. My sis in law is able to keep things calm when she is home and I don't want to cause issues between her, my wife, and myself. I plan on talking to her to let her know how I feel. Any other suggestions that might be helpful would be greatly appreciated
