      I throw myself into hobbies, and then make sure to get healthy alone time like walking my dog and listening to music

      Hi! I’m unmedicated. I keep myself really busy and surround myself with very supportive people. In my down time I play videos games that make me think. A busy brain is a good thing. But mainly my husband is my rock. He knows my symptoms and helps me stay happy but knows when to give me space. I cut all toxic people out of my life. All of this has helped me so much that as of now I don’t need the medicine most days.
