Do you have any advice of how to control my “pick and choose” bias towards people? I sometimes have a illogical way of picking and choosing people that i like or dislike, most of the time my opinions about other peoples worth changes like the wind, but in some cases there’s people who i have a certain bias for where they could do absolutely anything and my opinion wouldn’t change on them either in a good way or a bad way. I feel like i am being unfair to them and myself which blocks me from improving and growing. Any help?

Wish I could give you some advice, but I'm constantly hopping between friends because I drop them like a hat as easily as I breathe. I'd say try and communicate your thoughts and opinions with them, I've found that helps, and work through with your friends your difficulty with maintaining friendships so they know it's not totally/completely personal, or not personal at all preferably since that's what they want to hear lol

I have the same thing, tbh I kind of just let it happen. I feel whatever feel about them and it’s just how it is
