I take omeprizole when i can feel something coming on or i want to indulge, but I have been taking apple cider vinegar pills for the past month and the difference as been amazing i went from having an episode 1-2 times a week to 1-2 times a month

Pantropazol. I tried getting a lunch implant but had to have it removed as it wouldn't open to let food pass

Nexium daily (prescribed by doctor but at an otc dose) and finding soothing foods drinks to help with flare up. Warm water, mint water (a drop of mint extract in warm water), plant milk/almond milk are my go to. Ginger beer helps too but you have to be picky about brands and this triggers some people's gerd.

Less greasy and fatty foods, less hotdogs and pizza, and rabeprazole have saved me 🙏 🙌
