What to do in a Bathroom Emergency?

Ok but I’m not talking about pee. So my IBS is like really bad, I have maybe 10 minutes max before I will probably go on myself (I’ve always been lucky enough to find a bathroom). I’ve even thought about getting a portable toilet from Amazon because it’s so bad. Pepto Bismol doesn’t help, nothing does.

Depends on the situation. If I just have to pee really badly I remind myself that people can hold their bladders way longer than they think they can and then I remove myself and find a bathroom. If it’s the other kind of bathroom emergency, well. Go into the woods. Since I used to babysit I started keeping supplies in my car to clean up from and emergency and it really helps.
