My sister and I call those 'poopsplosions'. We both have IBS. Talking about it plainly helps with my anxiety, personally. Everybody poops! It's just more violent for some of us. I feel like I've posted this a million times but what's working for me is the low FODMAP diet and reintroduction, paired with Sunfiber dietary supplement, and Bifido Digest probiotic. I still have the pain and feeling urgency at times but I've only had uncontrollable diarrhea once this month, as opposed to several times a week. It allows me time to find a restroom too - I haven't had to hang my backside out in the woods off the freeway in months! Here's some info on FODMAPS. https://www.monashfodmap.com/ibs-central/i-have-ibs/starting-the-low-fodmap-diet/

I get that. I'm always worried about getting the emergency poops when I'm nowhere near a bathroom
