Sometimes I just hope I can get to the bathroom! Try to lay down as much as possible. Lots of Pepto even though it really doesn’t help. Mentally I try to think positive but sometimes I just lay in bed and cry. I totally understand 💕

Try sitting in a warm sitz bath for 15 minutes 2-3 times a day. Staying positive and there is a page called my ibs life on instagram that helps to feel less alone. Remember you are not alone!

Metamucil if you can stand to drink it, Gatorade to put back electrolytes, rest if you can. Sitz bath. Squatty potty. Watching your favorite things.

Tylenol and lots of rest! Seems like the only time I feel better is when resting....

Get yourself a bidet! Using that and gently patting dry with a soft towel has saved my poor butt. I have a simple one from hello tushy and a bought two 6 packs of baby washcloths on Amazon. Makes the whole thing much less miserable.
