How Bad Sleep Habits Affect My Mood and Actions

Lack of sleep for me tanks my motivation significantly. I'll be sluggish most of the day. If it gets to be a continuous problem, I start to become more irritable and more likely to snap a bit if I'm being put in a stressful situation. If I'm not taking my sleep aid, I have maybe 2 or 3 days of bad sleep then a crash

all the time, can't do anything in a timely fashion anymore, don't even know what sleep is, or being awake really this is like a fever dream, ive gotten 2 hours (if im lucky) a night for months my psychiatrist dipped her assistant said we never even had a season we ran out of time we talked so much i just don't understand whyd she have to mess up my dosage i just want my trazodone back
