been having panic attacks off and on for the past two years. the two things that were significant help were meditating daily and taking CBD. I have tried countless other tools: breathing techniques cold shower ice in mouth/hands getting fresh air stretching listening to music talking to family/friends distraction with comedy or video games gotten a lot better but I just moved here from the west coast and I have no family lol. just roommates which is better than nothing. hoping anyone has any tips on how to deal with panic attacks thanks

Hey Jonny. I deal with the same panic issues that you do and do a lot of what you mentioned above. What I try to do, and it's hard to stay focused, but when meditating I try to visualize what I want my future to be. I also have really gotten into taoism and tai chi lately. Very peaceful and great philosophies for healing and health. We are in this together, thoughđ¤
