The cold and talking about the anxiety. I think it's worse when I just hold it in and try to will it away. Also the other person getting me to laugh is another thing I'm searching for when I'm anxious. Laughing is like my biggest cure when I'm anxious.

I have had this same problem and I have found that it helps me when I have someone talk to me about anything and everything...except for why I'm having an anxiety attack. Helps take your mind off of what is causing your attack

I bought a 200 "inhaler" on Amazon. Its for anxiety/panick attacks. It has calming scents to help and helps you focus your breathing. It's been a life saver.
