I've been diagnosed with BPD but not "officially" by a doctor or anything, a lot about it makes sense and is relatable to my life..but idk what to do because i know "self diagnosis is bad" but i can't keep feeling like this. i have a doctor's appointment Friday, I'm wondering if i brought it up if maybe they could? I can't afford $1600+ to be diagnosed around here, i feel stuck. š
