How can I get diagnosed with BPD?

Go to a therapist, preferably in an office that has med doctors in office too. Do your intake and tell them EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. I was so scared they where going to lock me in a padded room and throw away the key, that I lied and got misdiagnosed. Don't put yourself through that, go in, tell them everything, tell then what you suspect, and see if they agree ❤️
