I go to the bathroom everyday but I have constipated quality stools. They are rock hard/pebbles but after that everything is normal. Miralax helps but is anyone taking anything else or any natural suggestions? I've tried high water intake, low and high fiber, metamucil, benefiber, exercise.

Hmm that's interesting you mentioned that. I rarely consume any fats!! This all happened after a cdiff infection I had so I completely changed my diet.

definitely prebiotics and probiotics! I use a powder version of “nature target” pre/probiotics. They really easy to use and they make you go! Especially if you are scared of eating certain foods that will bung you up try these! They are enough to make you go but not give you watery stools or cramping. I have also tried the pre/probiotic gummies by OLLY and that is a good choice to find in stores.
