howdy Butt friends! does anyone have any good tips for avoiding constipation?? I have kidney stones and constantly need a ton if water to begin with. I also smack miralax in my coffee most mornings but wonder if there's something else I can do thank you homies šŸ¤ŒšŸ‘

      @TempFreak Magnesium is a great help! I drink the CALM brand. Most people are deficient in Mag.

      For me, fiber supplements also help, probably also something you can toss in your coffee in the morning. I take little gummies which work well for me, but if you want something stronger Metamucil has a lot of options for fiber. Hope this helps!

      I take ibgaurd...you can find it at Walgreens it's essentially peppermint oil but it works wonders on your gut

      Colace and senna have both helped me a bunch over the years for constipation. Make sure to talk with your doctor though! Good luck!! ā¤ļø

      I recently got some high potency Magnesium citrate gummies, serving size 2. Thank goodness i only took 1 or i wouldn't be able to stop diarhea

      I eat one prune per day and it works great. Chew thoroughly and drink a nice glass or bottle of water with it.
