Has anyone else gone to a new doctor for an Autism Eval and they said “you scored really high/severe on a lot of mental issues and I think you’re over reporting but you’re not quite passing the criteria for autism” when you’ve literally met the criteria but because in two hours in person she didn’t see you avoid eye contact a certain amount of times so she’s like…telling me I faked everything essentially…idk I’m confused

Based on the provided context, there are several instances where individuals have reported similar experiences. They've been told by doctors or psychiatrists that they don't meet the criteria for autism because they can make good eye contact or hold a conversation, despite showing other signs of autism. However, no specific instance of being accused of "over reporting" or "faking" symptoms was mentioned in the context.
