Overwhelmed by My Autism Diagnosis

For me, it was about finding a community and finding words to look up to help me on my day to day to manage symptoms. I follow a bunch of you tubers and enjoy meeting other neurodivergent people in real life because I don't have to pretend to be "normal." But however you process it is how you process it. There's nothing wrong with having a bit of an existential crisis for a while so long as you don't let it consume you. I think you might enjoy looking up videos on how autism and adhd (which are often linked) were an evolutionary advantage. That helped me to feel not quite so out of place.
