Nervous about my autism assessment tomorrow

I have my autism assessment appointment tomorrow morning, I believe it's a video call. I'm super nervous and not sure what I want the answer to be. Has anyone got any last minute advice for me? I sure enough will be all over Google tonight after work ha! But any advice or reassurance is really appreciated. Thanks ๐Ÿ˜Š

I think that I have some advice. Don't try to mask your true self, that harms the process. If you are getting distracted by the noise of construction that's happening a block away just tell them. If you feel the need to violently shake your leg do that. It's not just the testing that you write down the answers to that make them understand what disability you have it is also the usually unnoticeable things like fidgeting, stimming, distractibility, echolalia, sensory sensitivity, atypical speech, and lack of fine motor skills. For example, they said that I have over developed my ability to announciate words to the point where I sound British, I can also be occasionally monotone.

it's hard via video call though I always bounce my leg and things like that they won't see or fidgeting etc. That worries me too. I want to hope I sound British not posh British but British considering I am British ๐Ÿ˜‚ but thanks that's helpful
