Tips for Presentations and Small Talk with Autism and ADHD

I think I might have autism but I’m not sure. I took an online test and it said I technically could have autism but I didn’t score as high as autistic people typically do. I’m great at genuine conversation, but when it comes to masking during conversations I’m horrible at it, and I need to learn presentation skills before I take on a job in my new field. Any tips for presentations and small talk for someone with adhd who could possibly be on the spectrum?

Hi, I can give you some advice as someone who is on the spectrum. What helped me a lot was communication workshops with an expert on these things. She helped me understand body language, create small talk, what to talk about and how to ask, and what should never be said (once I told someone who gained some weight congratulations on her pregnancy... she was just fat and it was very unpleasant).
