does anyone else with autism and anxiety have really bad stomach aches all the time? I can't explain it

      Autism and gastrointestinal problems have a high percentage of co-morbidity--a running theory is that, since the stomach is called the "second stomach" I guess it makes sense that if you have a neurodivergent brain, your stomach might be divergent in its own way. The anxiety combo makes me wonder about ulcers. Have you been able to talk to your PCP about it?

      I have autism, adhd, and anxiety, and stress or exhaustion seem to make me have stomach aches often, but I won't always recognize that stress or exhaustion has caused the issue.

      Symptomatic hypermobility is strongly autistic co-occouring. This has a correlation all sorts of stomach issues including ibs, ibd and gastroparesis
