Anxious about Mom's Plans

Personally, if someone is making plans for me but unwilling to be accommodating to my needs I say no. I rather be stuck at home comfortably than to be out and miserably symptomatic. It is not up to others to understand, but it is up to us to advocate for ourselves and hold our boundaries. Our needs are important. As for making plans, I find it helps me to take it one step at a time. Planning a route, planning accommodations, planning food, etc. Planning slowly so I don't get overwhelmed prior. And have everything set so I don't have to be worried during that something is not going to work out.
