I can't stop my brain from think about tomorrow it is my first behavior health appt/intake assessment tomorrow and have to do it on zoom which does not help anyone have any ideas to help me get through tonight and especially tomorrow

Remind yourself you just have to get through 1 minute at a time. You will get though it like everything else and it will be done. It will not be as bad as you think I promise. I've had experience with behavioral health court with multiple people in my life. Hopefully it will be beneficial to you and you will end up better for it π good luck!
