Can't Yawn with Anxiety: Anyone Else?

It just cuts off before you get the satisfaction of a yawn lol air hungry. I read anxiety could be the cause.

I have gotten this before at the beginning stages of my anxiety...it's like a couldn't catch a full breath

For me it is like a yawn but like a big sigh kind off
