Does anyone else deal with anxiety/ panic attacks because of other medical conditions? I have other conditions that effect me physically and when something flairs up, I immediately start to get anxious and think the worst is about to happen.. it makes me very aware of my mortality and scares the crap out of me...

Yes! I do. I have diabetic gastroparesis and I am always terrified I am going to have a flare up (throwing up for hours/days) which my anxiety can make it worse. When I do have my flare ups I am aware of my mortality and fear it. It is a vicious cycle. I’m sorry that you are experiencing this too
