Hello, I am new here. My biggest concern is my gastroparesis and the anxiety it causes me that I am going to have a flare up. How do you handle that?

I have a similar condition along with anxiety and struggles for a very long time trying to treat my stomach and ignoring my mind but then I heard a friend success story with her stomach issues after she got on an anxiety med. and I suppose now I am a simaalr success story. Either way I would look into treating anxiety if you are not already because that seems to have a big impact on your stomach.
