Anything that shocks the system, ice pack, a strong smell - peppermint maybe, really slow deep breaths, strong mints like altoids

when i feel nausea from my anxiety i usually just try to lay down on my back and take deep breaths. also if ur in a situation where u know u are going to throw up start humming until you can get to a trash can or bathroom it really helps delay it
i heard putting a frozen vegetable pack on your chest helps reduce the anxiety part because its about calming the nervous system so the coldness on your chest forces that calmness on. hope this helps!
