I have a fear of vomiting as well. I've been known to fight it off as much as physically possible. Expose therapy would send me into a massive panic attack. I don't know how to conquer that fear, but I know what helps me during nausea. It helps me to breathe in fresh air. Deep breaths. And I like to put an ice pack on the back of my neck or chest. I found these anti nausea chews that actually taste pretty good and work in seconds for me. I can’t remember what they’re called exactly but they’re CVS brand. It might not work for everyone but those keep things pretty manageable for me
