Struggling with Anxiety and Depression

I have been feeling the same way. When they give me the survey at the doctor's office I never feel like any of the questions for PPD match me, but I am feeling not myself and when I try to talk to family I feel dismissed and that makes the symptoms worse and I feel more alone. I just keep telling myself to give it time but I wish their was a way to speed up the recovery. Is that how you feel too?
