my anxiety is so high. I feel so scared for no reason. idk what to do. any advice ?

      I know this is so odd, but doing pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises help me cope with anxiety. It’s like your body’s own built in stress ball to squeeze your pelvic floor muscles! It’s also good for you (as long as you don’t do it while peeing).

      Ice pack on the back of your neck and a pillow under the knees can help sometimes. You can also do the grounding technique of 5 senses (I normally do 3 so like 3 things I can see 2 things I can hear and 1 thing I can feel). You could also ask your doctor about rescue meds or general anxiety meds
