I had the worst breakdown I've had in a while last week. I guess I'm looking for someone who I can talk to about who I don't have to see face to face. Is that wrong?

Not at all. I use a therapist through Better Help and I have found it MUCH easier to build a relationship with a therapist that I don't have to see in person.
