I find medical Marijuana and CBD help me a lot along with consistent meditations, walks in nature, grounding yourself and journaling helps a lot as well. I just got put on meds but it not sure I like the idea of being on meds in the first place so I might just stop them but there are sooo many other ways to medicate other than just pharmaceuticals. I genuinely hate medication (man made medication) and feel as though we can live without them.
I found DBT super helpful for my borderline traits (not old enough for diagnosis). I'm starting CBT now to add more to my arsenal.
