CBT has helped me quite a bit, which is kinda funny because usually DBT is recommended for people with my diagnoses but I found It did nothing for me. Also finding positive songs that help uplift me, I’m not good with positive affirmations I just can’t say them so I’ve found that singing songs with positive uplifting lyrics and vibes helps a lot

CBT helped me a little. I want to start it again to see if it still works because it was through my school so I didn't take it for very long. Teas tend to help calm me down, specifically lavender or chamomile with added honey. I guess it depends on what you're looking for specifically and what areas you need extra help with.
