      Self care, definitely. Taking time for yourself even if you feel selfish. Doing productive and active self care (rather than passive) such as wash your face or even just your hands, cut your nails, put on deodorant, change your clothes, open a window, listen to your favorite music, things like that. Journalling can help a lot too. When I'm too overwhelmed, if I write, it helps me cry if I can't. Crying can be very cathartic and good for you.
