CBT therapy to learn how to manage your feelings and thoughts. Helped me to learn more coping strategies beside the meds.

I recommend practicing yoga and mindfulness for self-care. Since I started practicing I feel much more vital, focused and full of energy and motivation.

It sounds kinda dumb but, Pick one thing you want to do everyday for yourself, and do it. Make sure you have a spot for it. For example I decided I wanted to start reading novels again. It's only been a couple days but I feel a little bit more in control, and a bit less numb. Idk what do you guys think?

You should ask your dr about the Gene test. It tells you exactly which meds are best for you and which ones to avoid completely

Therapy to learn coping mechanisms and maybe get to the root of why you feel the way you do and try to fix it.
