      Therapy, even for physical issues just to help you process what youre going through.. Uh meditation to help me relax. Regular exercise. I intensely monitor my sleep, water and food intake (for physical health conditions) Excellent support systems make a big difference. Reduce stress as much as you can. And my personal form of medication is cannabis. Wonderful for mood and pain.
