Alternative Treatments for Mental Health?

I'm getting cognitive therapy. I like my therapist, I'm early in the therapy so we shall see.

Cannabis has helped me a lot

As a college student with adhd I’ve found that is Ted of trying to do everything in one day it makes life ten times easier to spread it out through the week. For example I always do at least one college assignment a day, even if all I can muster the energy for is one discussion board post. Some days you’ll find you have not motivation until you get started, and then once you get started you hyper focus and get everything done!
