Air Pods Causing Anxiety?

Anybody else wear air pods and feel like off balanced or like they are having anxiety ? I’m thinking my phone is the prime reason for alot of my anxiety I didn’t even have anxiety this bad before I got a iPhone

      Having my phone even next to me makes me physically tense but I'm addicted 😬 I lost mine for a couple weeks and my anxiety was a lot better but I had to get a new one to contact people and get around and listen to my podcasts lol

      It’s totally possible🤔 hmmm I think we get addicted to that instant dopamine from social media and when we try to do everyday normal stuff we get anxiety because we are dependent 😳

        @KratomEater yes I mean just look at the rate of anxiety and how it has grown over the last 10 years …I think these phones are definitely doing something to our lives

          @AnxiousAl It could be from the pandemic and the lock downs we have endured for the last two year's. My anxiety SPIKED !

        @regularsizedrudy these phones and corona has boosted our anxiety no one’s exploring outside like before we all have our faces in these phones or on the news waiting for what’s next
