Tracking Progression of My Condition

I think the thing ive noticed most is that I have more and more psychotic symptoms, mainly delusions. Like my thought process get completely warped and honestly nonsensical if I were to say it all aloud to anyone but make perfect sense to me in the moment. Things like thinking that the world was ending and that I wasn't safe because the milk I bought expired sooner than I thought. I also noticed I started blacking/my brain would blur out times when I had episodes.

Not able to make logical decisions. Irritability to the max! Ready to fight!
