I'm curious how others symptoms present themselves.

@ladyboomm mine seems very real too. It makes me livid with rage, because I suddenly begin thinking ppl are plotting against me. It’s horrible and hard to explain my behavior, post episode

I had my first psychotic break when I was younger and it was 100% caused by stress. I still had little stuff consistently for my whole life after that until last spring when I had to be hospitalized, and it was only after that that I started medication. I was psychotic through that whole summer and then a little until I got the right anti psychotic. I was kind of aware that I was psychotic but looking back on it now it was wayyy worse than I thought. It took me awhile to be even somewhat aware that I was delusional, which was the main problem, those were the most intense and had me unable to decipher what were hallucinations and what weren’t. So I’m triggered by stress and, so far, can’t be calmed down other than by meds.

When I start talking outloud about the past. But nothing I say makes sense to others. 🙌

I find mine when I do to many things at one time. To much on my plate, then mania takes over then eventually cyclosis takes over. Journaling every evening helped stop the cycles in it's tracks.
