Don’t trust the tests more than your body. I tested negative for celiac and gluten intolerance but my body can’t handle it. I cut gluten out for six weeks to get it fully out of my system then added it back. I felt so much better off gluten and terrible when I added it back. It’s an adjustment but one of the best things I did for my health. You will find brands you like and a new rhythm eating.

If you have a local "health food" store, check them out. I get my favorite gluten free foods from Amazon, as they have more variety. You can find a gluten free version of almost anytuing now- gf oreos even taste better than regular. Be mindful that gf food cooks differently, depending on the ingredients used. especially with pastas and bread. When it comes to pasta, brown rice pasta will cook and taste the most like regular noodles. Gluten free bread ALWAYS tastes better warm- same with anything baked like muffins, cookies, etc. It's very intimidating at first, and you'll be exhausted from reading labels, but after a few months you'll be in a good rhythm
