Talk to your doctor. I have extreme anger issues that result in violence and relationship problems. My doctor diagnosed me with intermittent explosive disorder, which is a common comorbidity for people with ADHD

Tell your family doctor of the possibility of having those, and they should recommend you some people and give you some emails or phone numbers to call. That's what they did for me.
