I downloaded a mood tracker app that makes it easy to see at a glance the ups and downs I'm experiencing in my new(ly disovered) BP journey. In going back and inputting what I could from the last three months, I forced myself to semi-relive what was the absolute worst time in my life. Feeling pretty depressed now, and a little anxious due to my fear of backsliding. I've definitely been in a manic state for a couple weeks now, but not so much tonight... On a happier note, my post-mammogram ultrasound last week showed just some benign cysts, so that's one major worry off my mind.

Congratulations on the mammogram results š¤ As a veteran at this you will learn that the past is the most harmful thing you can do to yourself. Talk to your support team when you need to vent about it, but don't live there. Tracking your moods is good and will help you find what your triggers are, but live and not in fear. One day at a time and find something positive about each day, even if it's just brushing your hair xx
