Been using Benadryl every night I don't drink. I can't sleep without alcohol and I can't sleep without Benadryl. I know I can't combine them. I hate that I do this. I don't particularly like the actual feeling, I just enjoy not being able to think. I'm scared what this will do to my mind. anyone have any experience with abuse of Benadryl? how has it affected you in the long run?
