One of the users shared a similar experience, stating that they have recurrent sharp pain in their lower right abdomen which sometimes subsides after passing wind. They also mentioned that the area can be tender to touch. However, an ultrasound of their stomach and pelvic area showed no abnormalities. Another user suggested that abdominal pain and gas could be related to anxiety, as they experienced these symptoms when their anxiety was heightened. It's recommended to consult with a medical professional for accurate diagnosis.
