I just accept it now, live with it as there is nothing I can do about it. Look at the positives, sit through the whole film at the cinema even after two huge drinks, and don't have to fight to the bathroom at sports events or festivals, no getting up during the night.

It’s frustrating and infuriating I’m not happy about the fact that Always has done away with the best product for it. They had a white pull-up that held a lot of liquid and it gelled in the product and kept you dry. I don’t know WHAT happened to it.

I wear a diaper 24/7 as well because of nerve damage 20 years ago. My incontinence has gotten worse but thankfully it’s just urinary.
