Yes this morning …. So embarrassing but it happens with UC. I have been eating a lot of activia yogurt and that actually has helped the accidents I usually have

Unfortunately, yes. The worst experience I've had with this was in a grocery store. I tried to run to the bathroom but it was just too far and I was just in too much pain ://

Had an accident just today!! Some are easier to hide but I’ve had instances where I spent a good 20 minutes cleaning the floor of a bathroom I didn’t made it to in time. Let’s normalize this horribly uncomfortable abnormality for all the UC troopers out there!!!
