how do people stop themselves spiralling. I am stressed to the max, from not being listened to by health professionals, to the pain I'm in on a daily basis. I'm struggling to cope. so if anyone wants to chat or has advice on what helps them I would be ever so grateful

I can relate and get undiagnosed pain as well. The doctor’s best guess is its stemming from autism sensitivities in me and ruled out rheumatology and fibromyalgia. I actually think its mainly metabolic and can’t seem to find a doctor insurance will pay for that helps with metabolic disease.
