Intense Intestinal Cramps and Pain

Ive been like that too for about a month now. It seems after i est the pain comes and i have to make a bowel movement. Its very painful. I take amitryptaline and also i use a body pillow to cushion my stomach at night. It helps a bit.

I’m having the same exact pain at the moment. the only thing that has been helping me is my heating pad, and gentle pressure where the pain is. good luck !
