Has anyone with cauda equina gotten relief from the saddle anesthesia? I'm wondering if those symptoms ever improve

2 years ago I had an emergency surgery. I was very numb before and after. I definitely have some muscle gain since as I don't feel like sitting on my bones so there is some nerve response to the muscles. Sadly not so much when it comes to skin touch in that area 😪
