Balancing Parenting and Medical Conditions: A Struggle

Does anyone find it hard to balance parenting with all of their medical conditions?? I am a single mommy of a 4 year old little boy. Interstitial cystitis can literally keep me in the bathroom for a third of my day (luckily my son will pop in and we have some of the best convos 🤣 I guess he misses me lol I’ve had my ocd in a decent range far as rituals (not mental thinking tho, that’s been horrible) but I’ve had a flair up that started in December after not finding the right medicine for my mental illnesses. Also was Flaired up by a medical scare my son had and now it’s resolved two months later (thank God) So balancing that, anxiety, depression, and physical symptoms from staying in the bathroom all the time, I’m worn out I don’t always get help but sometimes I can I want to spend more time with my son having fun without having to go stay in the bathroom everytime I get up
